1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 888jil ("888jil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888jil website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 888jil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on 888jil, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 888jil, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for cause.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 888jil. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 888jil employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 888jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888jil account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 888jil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

888jil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above and we have confirmed receipt of such notification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 888jil Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Prohibited funding sources: Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC). 888jil reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

888jil does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 888jil may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 888jil reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 888jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 888jil Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or system intervention.

By participating in any game on 888jil, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules of each game are as displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 888jil will not reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 888jil will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated betting tools (bots) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Responsible Gaming

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the 888jil Platform:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or sports betting market.
• Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 888jil immediately.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 888jil staff through any communication channel.
• Attempt to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by 888jil.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888jil Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 888jil or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 888jil.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

888jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

888jil collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

888jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 888jil reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 888jil in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. 888jil will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

888jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
